Ventura County Supervisor Janice Parvin will host a Town Hall Meet and Greet on Thursday, March 23, 2023, from 6:00–8:00 PM at the Simi Valley Elk’s Lodge. This free event offers residents the chance to meet Supervisor Parvin, her staff, and local officials, ask questions, and learn how County departments can assist with community concerns. Blood Drive hosted by Supervisor Janice Parvin in Moorpark

Ventura County Supervisor Janice Parvin is kicking off 2023 with a community Blood Drive in partnership with the American Red Cross, taking place Thursday, February 9, at Arroyo Vista Park in Moorpark. This special “Battle of the Badges” event invites the public to donate blood alongside local first responders in a friendly competition among agencies. Donors will receive a commemorative patriotic T-shirt, and their life-saving contributions will help prevent critical blood shortages. The event runs from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Recreation Center’s Sycamore Room, 4550 Tierra Rejada Road. To participate, make an appointment at RedCrossBlood.org using the code VCPARVIN.
