Free Otter Pops and Family Fun Offered in Simi Valley and Moorpark
Ventura County, CA — Ventura County 4th District Supervisor Janice Parvin is inviting the public to celebrate the final days of summer at two, family-friendly events in Simi Valley and Moorpark. The “End of Summer Pop Stop” offers free Otter Pops, a chance to say hello to the Supervisor, and an opportunity for residents of all ages to connect before the start of the school year.
The first event will take place on Monday, July 29, from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, in front of the Simi Valley Public Library and City Hall Building, located at 2969 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley, CA 93063. The second event will be held on Monday, August 18, also from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, at Magnolia Park near Fire Station 42, located at 296 Charles Street, Moorpark, CA 93021.
“These events are an enjoyable way to celebrate the final stretch of summer, connect with neighbors, and enjoy a small treat together,” said Supervisor Parvin. “I hope families stop by and make a few memories before the busy school year begins.”
No RSVP is necessary, just stop by for a free Otter Pop to mark the end of the season. The events are open to all ages and designed to create a welcoming atmosphere for the community.
